It's time for the Air and Sea Show!

This past weekend was the annual McDonald’s Air and Sea Show. It’s one of the world’s largest spectator events. During this 2 days event, you’ll see top military and civilian pilots performing amazing aerobatic stunts.
Sponsored by McDonalds (my favorite restaurant in high school days), the show takes the stage on the 4 mile stretch in Fort Lauderdale Beach which draws million and millions of people every year.
This year, of course you know I’ll be taking Mrs. Harley Howie to see this once a year event. Last year the show almost got canceled because the city of Fort Lauderdale and the sponsors couldn’t agree on the terms. In the very last minute they finally got the deal done and the tradition continues. Since the Blue Angels only come every other year, I couldn’t pass this opportunity. And, the best view area would be along the A1A (Ocean Drive) between Oakland Park and Las Olas Boulevard. Thanks to my buddy Greg who just happens to live one of those high rise condo buildings, we get to see the show from the top of the building with a clear view.
I tried to take a few photos of the show from the camera of my cell phone, but I can barely get a good shot. Plus, the quality of the photos taken by the camera phone isn’t that great. Therefore, I could only take the shots of the places which I was watching the show plus the crowd down below.
